McastDuplicator progress update 5

This update adds a number of bugfixes and minor feature improvements

- Add auto harddisk and partition detection machanism.
- Several improvements to the GUI.
- Use wizard dialog style.
- Add Harddisk list selection
- Add Partition list selection
- Now user can specific a number of client, when a number is reached the it will be automatically send data to all connected clients.
- Fixed: Startup script
- Client can obtain the destination from server.
