McastDuplicator progress update 3

Add radvd-McastDuplicator integration. This will enable McastDuplicator to provide IPv6 address to all clients in a network.

New: Mcast Message Transport Module (Formerly was known as Multicast Message Announcement Module). It provides two ways communication over IPv6 multicast network for exchanging messages.
The messages will be sent to all client in the same group but it have capability to add a filter to discard unwant message.
